1. Do you travel?

Absolutely. We’re available to bring the Jolie Thompson experience to clients near and far. From high-end senior portraits to bold sports sessions and team media days, we create standout imagery that captures personality, confidence, and individuality. Travel availability and fees vary by destination, so reach out with your location and vision, and let’s create something unforgettable.

2. Do you help with planning our elopement session?

Absolutely. Every session deserves thoughtful planning and attention to detail. We’ll work with you to bring your vision to life, from choosing the perfect location to planning the timing, styling, and overall feel of your session. Whether you’re envisioning high-end senior portraits, bold sports photography, or a team media day that makes an impact, we’ll create an experience that feels effortless, intentional, and uniquely you. The goal? Images that capture your personality, tell your story, and stand out long after the moment has passed.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your session date is officially secured once your photography agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. Because availability is limited, retainers are nonrefundable. Rescheduling requests are considered based on availability and the terms outlined in your photography agreement. We encourage you to review your contract for complete details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and date changes so everyone is on the same page from the start.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Absolutely. Your images deserve to be enjoyed long after the session ends. All collections include professionally edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery, with options to bring your favorites to life through fine-art prints, heirloom-quality albums, and specialty sports products. From custom athlete prints and dramatic sports displays to keepsakes that celebrate a senior season or an unforgettable team, we offer products designed to showcase your images beyond the screen. Whether you're preserving a milestone, celebrating an athletic achievement, or creating a statement piece for your home, we'll help you find the perfect way to make your images last. Available products, upgrades, and pricing can be discussed during your consultation.

5. What happens after the session?

The shoot may be over, but we’re just getting started. After your session, we carefully select and professionally edit your images to bring out every detail, every bit of attitude, and the personality that makes your portraits uniquely yours. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a private online link to view your images.

Individual sessions typically take 1–2 weeks for delivery, depending on the session type and time of year.

Larger team media days may take 4–6 weeks, depending on the number of athletes photographed and seasonal demand.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. We welcome your inspiration and must-have shots while leaving room for the natural, unscripted moments that make your story uniquely yours. Together, we’ll create a beautiful balance of intentional portraits and authentic, timeless imagery.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. We believe the best photographs begin with a connection. We’d love to connect before your session to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Whether in person or virtually, we want you to feel at ease long before the camera comes out.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

After your session, each image is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect our signature style.

Your finished gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the type of session and the time of year. During peak season, turnaround times may vary.

For larger team media days, please allow 4–6 weeks for gallery delivery. Timelines depend on the number of athletes photographed and the volume of sessions being processed throughout the busy season.
